How far in advance do I need to place an order?
We usually require at least 2 days’ notice for standard orders. For bespoke orders, we will require at least a week.
If you require anything urgently, please do contact us and we will try our best to accommodate as there may be a chance we could deliver within 48 hours.

What are your delivery charges?
We charge a flat rate of £6 per delivery, for distances up to 5-7 miles from our base in West London. For delivery outside of this area there may be an increase in the charge, but you will be advised of the exact amount before you need to pay for your cakes. Please contact us for more information.

Can you deliver outside London?
Yes, provided we can either get to the delivery location ourselves or find a courier that will be able to deliver the products undamaged. Delivery costs will be confirmed upon order.
Please note, chiffon cakes tend to travel much better than cupcakes.

Can I collect my order in person instead?
We are not able to accommodate collection in person from our bakery itself, however, you may collect in person from our market stall. Please contact us to find out where our next market will be.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we are happy to deliver on any day of the week.

Do any of your products contain nuts?
Nuts are present in some of our products, most notably our almond cookies, peanut cookies and macarons. All our products are made in an environment that may contain nut traces.

Are any of your products dairy-free?
Yes. All our standard Chiffon Sponges are dairy-free. Additionally, our Ang Ku Kuih, Pulut Inti, Kuih Lapis and peanut/almond cookies are dairy-free.
As dairy products are less common in South-East Asian cuisine, many traditional Malaysian use coconut milk or oil instead of the dairy often found in Western cakes and desserts.

Are any of your products gluten-free?
Yes. Our Ang Ku Kuih and Pulut Inti are both gluten-free. We can also make gluten-free Chiffon Sponges upon request.

Do you make egg-free cakes?
All of our Chiffon Sponges, Celebration cakes and cupcakes do contain egg. The only egg-free products we make are Ang Ku Kuih, Pulut Inti, and Kuih Lapis.

Does glutinous rice contain gluten

No. Its name comes from its consistency rather than anything else. It does not contain gluten.

Can you personalise cakes/cupcakes?
Of course! We are happy to decorate cakes and cupcakes for celebrations for a small charge.

What sort of Celebration Cakes can you do?
Although we are keen to showcase pandan cakes, we are happy to make celebration cakes to your specifications. Just contact us with what you would like, and we will get back to you with a quote.
If you would like to see examples of past orders, please have a look at our bespoke page.

Can you make macaron towers?
Yes, we can make macaron towers to the flavours and colours of your choice.
We charge £20 for rental of the macaron tower stand itself, plus a fully refundable £40 deposit. The deposit is refunded upon collection of the stand the day after your event, provided there is no damage to the stand.
