Upon placing an order via our website, you will receive an email from us. This email will notify you that we have received your order. We will then reply with an email to confirm the final order details and arrange payment.

Order Cancellations and Amendments
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, you must let us know as soon as possible. We will offer a full refund for order cancellations at our discretion, provided we have not started to prepare the order. We will do our best to accommodate any order amendments, provided we have the resources to do so. Extra charges or refunds may be applied to order amendments. Refunds will only be made to the same payment method/account with which your order was placed.
Products & Prices
Product descriptions and ingredients may change from time to time. We will update the allergen information as necessary on our site for your information. Our bakery handles nuts, including peanuts, so we cannot guarantee traces of nuts will not be found in our products. Therefore we do not accept any liability for any damage to health or any distress caused to you by the consumption of such products.
Prices listed on our website may change from time to time. If you are in the process of ordering from us, and the price shown on the website is out-of-date, we will contact you to advise you of the new price and confirm whether you would still like to go ahead with the order.
Should the price shown on our website be out-of-date, we are under no obligation to provide the products to you with the incorrect (out-of-date) price, unless we have already sent you an invoice.
Prices of items shown exclude delivery costs. Delivery is charged separately.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card or Paypal, and methods accepted by us will be listed when we send you an invoice upon order confirmation. All credit and debit card payments will be processed by Paypal, though you do not need to have a Paypal account.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or for any reason does not, authorise payment to us, whether in advance of or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order.
Delivery & Collection
We can deliver orders to an address provided by you upon order confirmation, or, you can collect your order from our market stall. Once your order has been delivered to or collected by you, the products will be at your own risk. We will advise the best storage options to keep your order as fresh as possible for as long as possible.
We charge a flat rate for local delivery, which is stated on the Delivery section of our website. The local delivery charge and area may change from time to time at our discretion. For delivery outside the local delivery area, we will charge on a case-by-case basis dependant on delivery method and distance from our bakery.
If you need to rearrange delivery or collection of your order you must notify us as soon as possible by email or telephone.
We may use a courier to deliver your order. We are not liable for any losses or damages by the courier. However, we will
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
If upon collection or delivery, you notice your order contains products not ordered by you (for example, the flavour is incorrect), the order is incomplete, or products have arrived damaged, you must notify us immediately by telephone on 07890 557 390. In the case of damaged orders, please also take a photo of the damages and send them to us. At our discretion we may offer a refund or replacement of products within your order.
We will only make a refund to the original payment method used by you to make the purchase.
We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss.
As taste is a very personal matter and subjective we cannot accept the return of any products because you do not like the taste.
Offers and Discounts
We may, from time to time, offer discounts on our products. These are offered and distributed at our discretion.
From 23/09/2017 to 31/12/2017 we are offering 10% off the total purchase of items at our Putney Market stall to customers, upon presentation of the discount flyer distributed by King’s College London Singapore Society. This offer is only valid for the first 50 customers. Only valid once per customer. We will accept flyers presented in email/PDF format on mobiles, as well as printed paper copies.
Our right to vary these Terms and Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless we notify you of the change to those policies or these Terms and Conditions before we send you the invoice (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions).
