This cake, inspired by Onde-Onde Kuih, consists of pandan sponge layered with coconut and gula melaka (aka palm sugar), and is frosted in a coconut swiss buttercream meringue.

Storage: If consumed within a day of purchase, this cake can be left room temperature but away from direct sunlight. However, if you would like to keep it a little longer, it can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
