Pandan Chiffon Sponge Cake

Soft, light and airy, Pandan Chiffon Sponge is our signature cake. It is made using the delicate flavour of pandan and a hint of coconut.
Chiffon sponges are unique in flavour, taste and texture. Perfect for sharing at any time of the day.

Traditionally chiffon cakes are served plain, but we also offer our chiffon cakes sandwiched with buttercream (+£3.00/3.50).

Please note, nationwide delivery is available for the plain chiffon sponge (no buttercream) only.

Allergens: contains wheat, eggs. (we can do gluten-free option using non wheat flour, but there may be traces of gluten still as everything is made in the same kitchen)

Storage

These should be stored in an sealed container (e.g. the box it comes in) at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. They will keep for 2-3 days.
