If you require anything urgently, please email contact@pandanbakery.com and we will try our best to accommodate as there may be a chance we could deliver within 72 hours.

Products

Do any of your products contain nuts?
Nuts are present in some of our products, most notably our almond cookies, peanut cookies and macarons. All our products are made in an environment that may contain nut traces.

Are any of your products dairy-free?
Yes. All our plain chiffon sponges are dairy-free. Additionally, our Ang Ku Kuih, Pulut Inti, Peanut/Almond cookies, Bingka Ubi Kayu, Kuih Lapis, Kuih Talam are all dairy-free.
As dairy products are less common in South-East Asian cuisine, many traditional Malaysian use coconut milk or oil instead of the dairy often found in Western cakes and desserts.

Are any of your products gluten-free?
Yes. Our Ang Ku, Bingka Ubi, Kuih Lapis and Seri Muka are gluten-free. We can also make gluten-free Chiffon Sponges and celebration cakes upon request.

Do you make vegan or egg-free cakes?
All of our Chiffon Sponges, Celebration cakes and cupcakes do contain egg.  Our egg-free and dairy-free products are Ang Ku Kuih, Kuih Lapis, Pulut Inti and Kuih Talam. We can make our peanut and almond cookies egg-free/vegan upon request.

Does glutinous rice contain gluten?
No. Its name comes from its consistency rather than anything else. It does not contain gluten.

Are your eggs free-range?
Yes, all the eggs used in our products are free-range.

Can you personalise cakes/cupcakes?
Of course! We are happy to decorate cakes and cupcakes for celebrations for a small charge.

What sort of Celebration Cakes can you do?
Although we are keen to showcase pandan cakes, we are happy to make celebration cakes to your specifications. Just contact us with what you would like, and we will get back to you with a quote.
