Refund policy
If upon collection or delivery, you notice your order contains products not ordered by you (for example, the incorrect flavour), the order is incomplete, or products have arrived damaged, you must notify us immediately by telephone on 07890 557390. In the case of damaged orders, please also take a photo of the damages and send them to us via text/whatsapp (07890 557390) or email (contact@pandanbakery.com). At our discretion we may offer a refund or replacement of products within your order.
We will only make a refund to the original payment method used by you to make the purchase.
We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss.
As taste is a very personal, subjective matter, we cannot accept the return of any product if the reason is you do not like the taste.
