Onde Onde are balls of pandan glutinous rice dough with a liquid gula melaka (coconut palm sugar) centre, rolled in fresh shredded coconut. They are very delicate, bite-sized and we highly recommend eating the whole ball at once, otherwise you might end up with gula melaka-covered hands!

Storage
